We appreciate you taking the time to review our policies. They are to protect you as the customer and us as the provider. All of our emails make reference to these policies and our proof systems lists them. We will be firm concerning enforcement so please let us know if you have any questions before the design process begins.
Small OrdersIf your order total is less than $100, a 50% deposit will be required before any proofs are created or any work is completed. Design Fee
$150 non-refundable design fee required for custom design; design fee is credited to order total
Two hours of design time are included with each order; additional time is billed at $75 per hour
Illustration is not included in the design fee; this is billed at $75 per hour with a two hour minimum and includes one complimentary revision
The artwork created for your order is the property of Three Little Birds. The usage of the artwork is a limited usage agreement for the items indicated on your order summary/time line form, quote, invoice or via email
Reproduction of any images or designs created by Three Little Birds is a violation of North Carolina and United States copyright and trademark laws
Violators will be prosecuted Quantities
All quantities, paper and envelopes selections must be verified in writing or via email at the time of deposit
Any changes to paper or envelopes after the deposit will incur a replacement order fee of 15% of the total
Orders will be filled for the items on the invoice or email only; any increases will be billed for at the same rate – additional shipping charges and rush fees may be incurred Proofs – Invitation and Stationery
A minimum of two proofs will be provided; only the invitation will be shown for invitation sets prior to deposit
One revision will be provided after customer feedback, request
Revision requests are only accepted in writing
Proof revisions will be provided within 24 hours of request (no proofs Saturday – Monday)
No proof revisions while customers wait
One proof of all items ordered is provided after deposit; additional proofs are $25 per set Proofs – Ceremony Programs, Brochures and Booklets
All information must be submitted via email; if not, a fee of $65 per hour will be billed for any required typesetting.
One proof will be provided after the deposit is paid
One additional proof will be provided complimentary after customer review and written feedback
Additional proofs are $25 per set Deposit and Proof Revisions
If a design fee has been paid, a 50% deposit (minus the design fee) is required after proofs and one set of revisions have been provided Printed Proofs
A flat printed proof will be provided within five business days after final proof approval
If there are changes at the time of the printed proof review there is a $65 printed proof change fee
Production will begin the next business weekday after review of the printed proof Production Schedule
Production times are:
Digital printing – two weeks
Thermography, letterpress, engraved, foil stamping – four weeks
Napkins, water bottles, gift bags – two weeks
Assembly adds an additional two weeks
Calligraphy adds an additional two weeks Envelope Stuffing
Envelope stuffing is available; see a staff member for details
One week, after order completion and payment, is required for stuffing
All postage must be provided before order completion or stuffing services will be unavailable Rush Charges
There is a 20% rush fee for orders required within two weeks of proof approval; written approval required Payments
The balance must be paid at the time of pick up or shipping
Calligraphy must be paid in full prior to order completion Shipping
All orders will ship via ground transportation for a flat rate of $15 per order unless otherwise requested Cancellation and Refunds
Orders cancelled after deposit will be billed for paper, envelopes and work completed.
No refunds will be provided for completed orders Re orders
If you require additional pieces of your stationery after your initial order has been complete this will be a new order and carries a 25 piece minimum Errors
We work hard to ensure there are no errors; if there are and are the fault of Three Little Birds, we will correct at no charge to you within five days.
Any error by a customer, including, but not limited to incorrectly spelled words, missing punctuation, addresses, dates, times can be reprinted. The original rates and production schedules will apply. If required faster than the original production schedule, a 20% rush fee will be charged..
