Casey & Steve – Winter Wonderment!

Casey and Steve, where do we begin describing such a wonderful couple?  He’s from Detroit; she from North Wilkesboro and they now call Chicago home.   The couple met at Wake Forest and decided to marry in Charlotte.  Only a new year’s eve wedding would do for this bride – a lover of all things sparkly!

The Charmed Event led the team of terrific event professionals – Carolyn Shepard (florals and linens), Best Impressions (catering), The Brawley House (reception venue), WOW Factor (cakes), Bella Loren (photography) and of course Three Little Birds for stationery and Birdie Buffets for the candy station.

From the Save the Dates, where they wrote each of their guests a hand written note, to the invitations where guests wrote back that they would dress “fancy” to match the “fancy invitations”, to the menus, signs and more – we loved what this customer let us do to make their day special and will forever be grateful!

Here are some pictures of their guests, the decor and even the wedding pros at work (…and play)!  Oh yes, let’s not forget to mention that each guest had a monogramed napkin with their name…each one individually done by the bride!  Can we say TALENTED?

So, since Steve is Greek, dozens of plates were broken, and the evening found the bride, groom, and even the mother of the bride held up in chairs over everyone’s heads!  My poor camera skills missed these great moments, but check out Bella Loren’s site for these images and other great ones in the weeks to come!
