Corporate – CS Brown 50th High School Reunion

Yes, I know it’s hard for those who know Issy to believe, but she graduated from high school 50…yes, that’s right, 50 years ago!  We offered to create something special for the big event – her choice.  She asked for a souvenir journal and banquet tickets so we granted her wish.

CS Brown, like most school in the South in that it was segregated, one big difference, however, was the school pride and eagerness of its students to succeed.  The students didn’t let adversity hold them back.  Read the welcome message, one thing they note is that the current President of the United States, the first African American to hold that position, was not even born when they graduated!

Many went on to be first generation college graduates, several even completing advanced degrees.  They all worked hard, had wonderful families, and created full lives, all while being living testaments to pride, commitment, integrity and perserverance.  

It was so fun to watch them plan the reunion, they were like kids all over again. 

We applaud the Tigers from the Class of 1961!
