Issy is 70!

Yes, you are reading correctly, little Issy is 70!  With the energy of a 25 year old, she entered her surprise party all smiles.  About 12 very close friends and family came together on November 1.

The birthday girl and guests enjoyed a menu of herb crusted pork tenderloin, creamy mashed potatoes, garlic infused haricot verts, teriyaki salmon and tri-colored tortellini with feta, portabello mushrooms and roasted red peppers.  Red velvet cupcakes by Delicious Deliveries served as dessert.

The biggest surprise of the evening was a visit from my 93 year old nana!  She was dressed in red, looked fabulous and kept us laughing!

A special thanks to Melissa for creating so many cute things for the party; invitations, favor boxes, cupcake tags, food signs and a banner – my pictures don’t do these items justice!

Thanks also to everyone who helped plan this small, but memorable shindig.
