Thursday Tip: Have a Party!

Our little anniversary party yesterday was a blast!  It was nothing fancy, cake and champagne (that nobody drank, crazy, huh?), but we had such a good time.  What the party also made me realize is that some times you just have to take a step back and celebrate.  Celebrate?  Yes, we all have times when things are not going well or people are not doing what they should – but we also all have times when things are right, or we are working to make things right or better – so celebrate that!

We thank Gail Buff at Cheesecake Etc for the beautiful and tasty cake!  And to Laura Gainor of Blue Wheel Photography for coming by to take pictures (though no revelers were here when she was).

Also, a special thanks to Issy and Katie who worked hard to put together our party favors; custom stationery with hand lined envelopes and favor boxes with candy.
