All artwork, designs and photographs created by Three Little Birds are the property of Three Little Birds.  We reserve the right to use these items for print and online publication. Use of any of these items, or our trademarked images, logos, tag lines, are strictly prohibited unless written permission has been granted.  We will aggressively pursue offenders with legal action; seeking all damages allowable by law.

COPYING ARTWORK

Three Little Birds will not recreate a design or artwork.  We welcome the submission of designs and artwork to assist with the inspiration process wherein Three Little Birds may create a similar look.   All designs created are ultimately based on personal customer consultations, trends and design experience.

ARTWORK, DESIGNS, LOGOS AND PHOTOGRAPHS SUBMITTED FOR USE

Three Little Birds assume no risk in printing or designing using artwork, designs, logos or photographs submitted by customers as it is with the understanding that anything submitted to Three Little Birds is wholly owned, or permission has been granted to the sender for use of that artwork, design, logo, and photography.
