Wedding Wednesday – Kerianne & Salman – Blue, Gold and Great Fun!
Kerianne and Salman are a great couple. Oh yes, I think I said that on Saturday when we talked about their Save the Date. No, I’m not short on words (never), it’s simply just true. Their love is so obvious, but not obnoxious. Keri’s mom, Mary, was such a joy. We worked mostly with her, but by the time everything was done, we’d met the whole family and enjoyed each one so much!
Mary wanted to provide the guest with quite a bit of information, so what better than a pocket? She chose one of our custom designed shapes and we made it uniquely theirs with the addition of ribbon and a seal about God’s love in Urdu, Salman’s native language.
The pocket, which has a blue paisley pattern on each card, includes information on events for the out of town guests, local attractions and more. All the printing is thermography.
Next up, the wedding day stationery. No detail was overlooked!
The program was blue shimmer paper printed in gold ink and the interior pages were held together with a gold sheer ribbon.
The seating charts were large and in charge! At three feet in height, the guests had no problem locating their names and table assignments.
The table numbers, which were tented (we show unfolded) were layered to remind the guests of the look of the invitation.
The place cards at each seat were color coded based on the entrée the guest had selected.
On their exit, the couple held up signs that said thank you in both English and Urdu!
