Wedding Wednesday – Pili & Kaleaus – Cool Chevron

Earlier this month I blogged about Pili and Kaleaus’ wedding invitations; now, pictures from their wedding!  The wedding was on 10-11-12, which happened to be a Thursday.  The day of the week did not keep guests away, there were over 150 people there and from all over the US.  This is a testament to how wonderful this couple is.

Here is all of the printed fun we created for them; invitations, accommodation/reply cards, programs and table numbers.  Check out the table numbers – each number, 14 of them, represented something really unique.

I was honored to be an invited guest.  This wedding was fantastic.  It had so many surprises for the guest.    The cake was pineapple upside down cake – delicious.

The bouquet featured brooches the bride had collected.

The biggest surprise?  The catering was done from a food truck.  Yes, yes folk, you read right – a food truck; Roaming Fork.  This was some of the best food!    The burger is featured below as are the friend macaroni cheese balls and parmesan fries – YUM!  I had chicken piccata with creamy mashed potatoes and garlic sauteed spinach – Double Yum.
